Returns & Exchanges Policy – SIVER

At SIVER, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and transparent process for returns and exchanges.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • You may request an exchange for a different size or style within 30 days of receipt.

  • All exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at contactadmin@sivermarket.com to request a return or exchange.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Include the return form provided with your order.

  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

  • Please use a trackable shipping method for all returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
